Hi! My name is Grzegorz Wątroba and I've been making games since 2010 (MobyGames, LinkedIn).
Finding money for a game is a job of its own. Information about publishers, investors and grants is scattered across spreadsheets, Discord servers and dead links — and half of it is outdated the moment you find it. This repository is my attempt to keep it all in one place: a single, maintained database of who funds games and how to approach them, together with my notes on the funding process itself.
As always — these are my notes, not legal or financial advice. Deals differ wildly, so always verify terms and get a lawyer before signing anything — ideally one who specializes in games. In Poland a good starting point is the Gamedev Lawyers Association (GLA) and the games-focused law firms around it.
